As smallest cookbook publisher in the world, Tony Le Duc’s Minestrone has won the prestigious international award for “Best Cookbook Publisher of the Year”.
Every year the Gourmand Cookbook Awards organise an international cookbook competition. Each competing country selects a winner in every category, who is then allowed to defend his country in the international competition. The international awards were announced during Paris Cookbook Fair in February 2013 (
